Jeff has more than a decade of experience serving as Controller at Oakwood Contractors. He pays careful attention to detail when analyzing and reviewing construction budgets, job costs and field data, and has implemented innovations and systems that have enhanced our accounting operations. In addition, he has created unique reporting techniques and streamlined payroll processes.

During Joel’s tenure at Oakwood Contractors, he has completed over 100 major store remodels for large retail grocery chains, including Whole Foods and Strack & Van Til, more than 40 Starbucks installations, point-of-sale conversions for entire grocery chains … and more. Coupled with his prior expertise from roles in management, sales and marketing, he understands how to work with customers to plan and complete successful and profitable retail and commercial construction projects.

Starting as a Shop Assistant with Oakwood Contractors and progressing to Estimator in 2007, John has held multiple roles that have given him valuable expertise for serving clients in his current position as Project Manager. His experience and knowledge in commercial construction brings a lot to the table when building relationships with clients. Dealing with architects, municipalities, and contractors he has completed a multitude of projects over the time he has been with us.

Nancy has more than 20 years of experience in the contracting and accounting industries. In addition to her office, sales and marketing responsibilities at Oakwood Contractors, she handles pre-qualifications with general contractors, responds to ITBs and conducts safety site visits. Nancy is also the Chairperson for the ASA Safety/Insurance committee.

Chris wears many important hats for Oakwood Contractors. She is the friendly voice you hear on the phone when you call us. She has extensive administrative experience and handles many essential functions, including customer service, purchasing, accounting, and preparing contracts and waivers. Additionally, she works closely with our sub-contractors/vendors, reviewing and approving invoices, and handling accounts payable.
